The Challenge

Roxor were managing product information across two disconnected systems — Akeneo PIM for content and enrichment, and SAP for inventory, pricing and fulfilment. Product updates had to be re-entered manually in both platforms, causing data inconsistencies, delays to go-live on new products, and significant staff overhead.

Our Solution

We designed and built a robust two-way synchronisation engine between Akeneo and SAP. The tool handles real-time and scheduled sync, maps complex data models between the two systems, manages conflict resolution, and provides a monitoring dashboard so the team can see exactly what has synced, what is pending, and any exceptions that need attention.

The Outcome

Product launch times were cut from days to hours. Manual re-keying was eliminated entirely, removing a class of data errors that had been causing downstream fulfilment issues. The sync engine now runs continuously with no human intervention required.

The Challenge

The Challenge

A UK manufacturer was approaching the end of SAP's support window for ECC and needed to migrate to S/4HANA. The business had heavily customised its ECC system over 15 years, with hundreds of ABAP modifications, and was concerned about what would survive the migration and what would need to be rebuilt.

Our Solution

We conducted a full technical assessment of all customisations, categorised them by business criticality and migration complexity, and produced a detailed migration plan. We then carried out the migration in phases — core system first, then customisations, then user acceptance testing — with zero downtime on go-live day thanks to a carefully rehearsed cutover plan.

The Outcome

The migration completed on schedule and within budget. All critical business processes were preserved. The client is now on a supported, modern SAP platform and has access to S/4HANA capabilities including embedded analytics that weren't possible on ECC.

We designed and built a secure, versioned REST API — covering authentication (OAuth 2.0), rate limiting, webhook delivery, and a developer portal with interactive documentation. The API was built to be consumed by non-technical business analysts as well as developers, with a consistent design language throughout.

The system classifies document type, extracts key fields, validates against business rules, and routes exceptions to a human review queue. We built a real-time integration layer connecting their eCommerce platform to their ERP — bidirectional stock synchronisation, automatic order injection, status updates (dispatch, tracking, returns) flowing back to the storefront, and a reconciliation dashboard to catch any edge cases.

The Outcome

Overselling was eliminated. Order processing time dropped from 20 minutes per order (manual re-entry) to zero. The team could now focus on growing the business rather than managing data between systems.
